Made-to-Order Products

Many products are made to order using embroidery, printing, or other decoration methods. Because each item is produced specifically for the order, customers should carefully review all artwork, sizes, colours, and options before placing an order.

Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Exclusions & Limitations

The following circumstances are outside of our control and are therefore not covered by this guarantee:

  • Spelling, punctuation, or grammatical errors supplied by the customer
  • Low quality or low-resolution artwork uploaded by the customer
  • Design errors introduced during the customer design process
  • Incorrect product options selected during ordering (such as size, colour, or product type)

Designs should be carefully reviewed before submitting an order. Customer-created artwork is typically not proofread or altered before production.
